An electrical circuit through which current can flow in an uninterrupted path is called the Closed Circuit. Live electrical circuit through which current is flowing also is called Closed Circuit. For example, transmission of audio or Video signals within a small area such as a our house, or parent's office. Closed circuit television is used also for monitoring and security purposes.
